Yesterday, we began with class where we dove a little bit deeper into the ins and outs of Solar Energy and how the PV panels work. The technology that goes into the energy conversion from them is super interesting.
From class, we went to a bird
sanctuary. We saw so many birds that were native to Brazil and South America.
We saw a few birds that are currently extinct in the wild, some of which have
less than five existing in the world. Crazy to think about that there is
literally five of a species left on this planet.

After this, Alek, Jani and I did
our laundry and then got another workout in while we were waiting on the
laundry. I got into some kettlebell exercises for mobility and compound
movements and focused mostly on chest, shoulders and a little bit of back. After
that, I did a cold plunge In the pool, which was freezing, and then got ready for
dinner and a bar. Pretty lowkey night, and it was pretty quiet as it was a Tuesday,
but a good night nonetheless. Didn’t stay out too late, and got a good night’s
rest.
❤️Channeled your inner Sean 😂
